Is our Bread Making Workshop, manna from heaven?

Well, not quite but baking bread really is a blessing and our Bread School has got you covered, so come to our breadmaking masterclass and learn to knead, knock, pummel and stretch your way to domestic bliss.

Fill your house with the glorious smell of freshly baked bread. We'll help you deal with yeast dough, how to shape bread into plaits, rolls and loaves, and introduce you to the sensory and rewarding experience of bread making.

Throughout recorded history bread has been popular around the world and is one of the oldest artificial foods, having been of importance since the dawn of agriculture.

Real Bread Baking at Cooks Academy

On this course you will not only learn to bake bread with confidence, we will teach you about all about Yeast Bread, Artisan Bread, Homemade Bread, and will share lots of Bread Recipes for you to wow your friends and family with. And very importantly learn how real home-made bread is so much better for you, easier to digest than many of the mass market breads available in supermarkets.

We also run a Sourdough Bread Workshop here. Read Vanessa's Bread School Blog here.
