We focus on delicious sweet treats, savoury pastries, super-food salads, healthy and nutritious soups and mouthwatering take-out or dine-in options.

The Essential Café Cooking Course will assist you if you are thinking of working in or opening a café, bistro, eatery or outside catering business.

Get to grips with the latest food trends and consumer tastes. Learn time and money saving tips but most of all learn how to make tasty, delicious, nutritious and healthy food that customers will love.

Your own apron each day or if you'd like to we can supply red Cooks Academy aprons for €15.00 Some Tupperware and a carry bag to bring some of the goodies you cook home with you.
