Want to know how the Irish cook? Would you like to be able to create traditional Irish cuisine at home? Join us here at Cooks Academy for our inspirational Irish Cookery Lesson. After a short talk on the history of Irish Food, we lead you to the workshop where you will cook a typical four course Irish meal using accessible Irish ingredients. Having completed the two hour lesson you will dine on the feast together with a glass or two of wine (not Irish thankfully!) Follow that with an Irish Coffee demonstration and tasting and you'll scarcely be able to fit out the door!
