We’ll be showing you how to make authentic, mouthwatering Mexican dishes that will add a zingy burst of flavour to your culinary repertoire. Mexican cuisine is known for its intense and varied flavors, colourful decoration, and variety of spices. Most of today's Mexican food is based on pre-hispanic traditions, including the Aztecs and Maya, combined with culinary trends introduced by Spanish colonists. It’s perfect for entertaining, the ingredients are all readily accessible and it’s really tasty.
