Sauces, pastas, sausages, wines, cheeses, and breads differ not just from region to region, but from town to town. In many ways, it's the ultimate social food.
Authentic Italian food known today came into existence over many years of trial and error, mixing new ideas with old, and creating dishes with the freshest ingredients available.
Our course will teach you to create the flavours of Italy in your own home.
This class is all about classic Italian recipes. We'll teach you how to make some amazing, but simple, Italian sauces, risottos and meat dishes as well as classic Italian desserts.
You’ll leave feeling like you’ve had a real taste of Italy!
NB: Fresh Pasta making is not included in this class, it is covered in our Pasta Workshop
