A hands-on, one-day workshop that will take through the step-by-step process you will need to confidently bake your own loaf of sourdough. You’ll be a bread expert in no time!
Looking to take your love of the loaf to the next level?
Join Master Baker Fabrice Hergaux from Dublin's renowned Bretzel Bakery for our super sourdough workshop. Guided by the expert Fabrice you'll learn how to make the perfect sourdough. You'll discover the history and background to sourdough baking. Fabrice shares the secrets of the Levain, fermentation, the dough, proving temperatures and very importantly the starter. During the workshop you'll also play around with Brioche and make a delicious lunch. At the end of the day you'll walk away much the wiser with your own sourdough loaf to take home and very importantly your own starter so that you can replicate in the future.

Throughout the workshop you’ll become more and more familiar with naturally occurring cultures, correct temperatures, acceleration and all the terminology to produce stunning sourdough. It's a great introduction to a delicious tasting bread!
