Cooks Academy's Essential Vegan Cookery Course will suit you perfectly if you are looking to develop your knowledge of plant based cooking just for yourself and your family or even if you are in a role where incorporating healthy vegan recipes into your business or food service option is one of your objectives.
The course runs from Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 2.00pm. Each day you'll complete 4 recipes and finish with a delicious vegan lunch. Topics covered include vegan storecupboard and ingredient substitution aswell as a full week of soups, salads, baking, mains and desserts.
