We have a wonderful city centre rooftop which is perfect for barbecuing. Packed with state of the art gas and charcoal barbecues, our roof top barbecue terrace captures the vibe of South William Street. Hands on Barbecue courses at Cooks Academy are a superb team event and we run them all year round. Don't worry about the weather, we have it covered with our pop up gazebos and if its too cold we all dine inside.
You start with a meet and greet, where your chefs will run through all the ingredients and process for your BBQ. After each stage of hands on food prep, you head outside and get to grilling! Get ready for 3 hours of BBQ fun and savour the experience with a few glasses of wine or beer.
