Learn to bake like a pastry chef! During this 2.5 hour hands on class, one of our Cooks Academy pastry chefs will show you how to make a little expertise go a long way. You start by baking a sweet treat, then move on to savoury pastry, and finish with a technical challenge.
Choose your Signature Show Stopping Bake:
- Seasonal Swiss roll
- Battenburg Cake (pink and yellow window cake with marzipan icing)
- Coffee and Walnut Gateau
- Chocolate Drip Cake
- Croque en Bouche (profiterole pyramid)
- Custom - choose your own seasonal, celebratory or extravagant bake!
Then choose a Savoury Bake (all served with side salad):
- Mini Quiches
- Sausage Rolls
- Savoury Crepes
- Beef and Horseradish Yorkshire Puddings
- Cornish Pasties
And finally choose your Technical Challenge:
- Jaffa Cakes
- Viennese Whirls
- Cupcakes and Cakepops
- Jam and Coconut Lamington Square
- Cherry Almond Bakewells
Tea and filter coffee are included. Please ask us about adding alcoholic drinks.
We provide cakeboxes for easy take homes.
