Scrambled Eggs

Serves 2

Ingredients

25g unsalted butter
dash of milk
2 eggs

Method:

1. Heat some butter and a dash of milk in a non stick pan over a low heat.
2. Whisk eggs lightly and add to the pan and stir over a very low heat.
3. Keep stirring until the eggs start to solidify and form into white-ish chunks.  At this stage, keep stirring a little more until the scrambled egg is cooked but still has a very yellow moist look to it.

Healthy Optional Additions:
Add cubes of smoked salmon just before serving.
Add cubes of parboiled sweet potato to make it into a Spanish omelette
Sprinkle steamed broccoli florets cut finely, into the scrambled egg.

Note:
It is often recommended not to introduce eggs to children less than 12 months old.
