Light and gooey treats, macarons are all the rage these days despite the fact that they have been around a long time. 

Mrs Beeton's Book of Household Management featured them in 1861 and culinary historians claim that macarons can be traced to an Italian monastery of the 9th century!

Join us on this fast and fun macarons lesson where you'll learn how to make delicious macarons from scratch and become the envy of your friends.

Jim - "I was scheduled to do the macaron class last Monday evening (November 4th) from 6.30 to 9pm. I allowed myself plenty of time to drive in to the city but what I didn’t count on was a major fire incident just underneath Connolly station. Traffic was at a total standstill and I spent over an hour in the logjam before contacting Cooks by phone. I spoke initially with Gary at 6.20 and Natasha before she began the class. She advised me to persist (if I wished to) in attempting to come in and that they would bring me up to speed on what had been demonstrated when the actual hands-on part of the class began.
