Let us show you some delicious recipes with plenty of practical tips to get the very best out of your shellfish cooking. Surrounded by the crisp, clean waters of the Atlantic Ocean, we aim to show you some of the delightful dishes you can create from the fruits of the sea.
On this class you will learn how to prepare and cook prawns, squid, mussels and oysters.
So much of cooking shellfish and indeed seafood generally is all about getting the preparation and accompaniments right. Because seafood takes such a short time to cook we really focus on this aspect for you, making sure that the dishes you serve look fabulous and are cooked perfectly.
At the end of the class you will enjoy a delicious lunch with a glass of wine leaving you all set to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
