Located at the crossroads between two continents, Middle Eastern food combines the sophistication and subtleties of European cuisines with the exotic ingredients of the Middle and Far East. A Mediterranean cuisine, it is naturally an extremely healthy diet. It is rich in flavours and colours, with recipes that are easy to prepare. In Middle Eastern countries serving small bites with drinks in a convivial and social atmosphere, much like Tapas in Spain, is commonplace and known as Mezze. Join us at Cooks Academy for an engaging insight into the wonderful food of the Middle East.
You’ll learn some super dishes - invigorating, stylish, healthy and above all yummy, tasty and easy Middle Eastern classics which you can replicate for your enjoyment at home.
