During our Sauces for Meat and Fish Course, we demystify mother and daughter sauces, unlocking your creativity and bringing the best known tricks of the restaurant to your home. Once you have a basic level of competence with the key techniques you will be able to add more variations to your home cooking.
You'll also cook a main course dish so that you can dine at the end of the class accompanied by a well deserved glass of wine.
