Book yourself on to our Traditional Pastries 4 hour hands-on class and we’ll show you how to make a little expertise go a long way. Under the watchful eye of our chef instructors, you'll learn key tricks of the trade, helping you to get pastry that isn't soggy but has a texture to wow. Once you've learnt key pastry manufacturing skills and we've inspired you with a few delicious things you can do, you'll get home and have the confidence to try more and more delicious pastry based bakes and desserts.
After the class has finished you'll savour your delicious creations over lunch with a glass of wine.
