If you are curious about Spanish Cuisine and Spanish Wine, this cooking class is made for you! As part of Spanish Wine Week Cooks Academy is delighted to be hosting this enjoyable, interactive and gourmet wine and food experience.
Spanish Chef Blanca Valencia together with wine specialist and founder of Wine Tasting Ireland, Lynda Coogan from Wine Tasting Ireland, will work together to offer a great experience on a cooking demo paired with fine wines from Spain. But that’s not it! The challenge is that you will have to make your own tapa following the Chef’s instructions! Do you dare?
On this delicious Spanish culinary experience you will make a number of authentic Spanish tapas such as Grilled Shrimp with Romesco Sauce and Padron Peppers or Pan Tumaca with Iberico Ham. We will be using the finest ingredients sourced direct from Spain.
With some delicious Spanish Wine pairings and expert matching and tasting advice from Lynda Coogan, this one off event is not only great value but promises to be an inspirational culinary experience.
